Blinglet license technology solution to Amber Ready for the Amber Ready II Child Safety Initiative. ROCKAWAY, N.J., May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- AMBER Ready, Inc. today announced that it has raised $12 million in a private financing. New York City-based John Thomas Financial, Inc. (JTF), which has served as AMBER Ready's exclusive investment banker since June 2008, was the placement agent for the transaction. The proceeds will support continued commercialization of the Company's AMBER Ready II Child Safety Initiative, created to empower parents nationwide with the tools necessary to significantly reduce the lapse of time between when a child is determined missing and when an AMBER Alert is triggered by local law enforcement. |
